This update is for the Galaxy Note 8 in the above regions with firmware version N950FXXUGDVG5 and to improve GPS stability.
Other than that, there doesn’t seem to be any other major changes in this new version as the Galaxy Note 8 programa is still based on it Android 9 Pie with August 2021 security patch.
