The minimum requirements that a mobile phone must meet have been updated to ship with Android 13
With each release of a new version of Android, Google plus often Reset minimum requirements that a device must meet in order to jump from one version to the latest version. These changes will also affect devices released as part of the program Android Go, made by devices with limited resources. As such, even new phones running Android Go must have at least 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage to upgrade to Android 13.
