Super fast charging and great battery

The first details about the next high-end affordable range have leaked on Weibo, and everything points to it being a beast.

In the middle of this year we were able to analyze the realism GT Neo 3, one of the best affordable high end which we were allowed to test at Andro4all. A careful and striking design has contributed to this terminal, as well as a high quality screen, great autonomy and excellent performance.

It seems that the company is already preparing its successor. As it comes to us from Gizmochinathe digital chat station of well-known tipsters Charging and battery details have been leaked with which this new terminal will be. The series will be called Realme GT 5, skipping the number 4, as is usual with Chinese manufacturers.

Realme GT Neo 5: what we know so far

The leaker dropped on Weibo that the Realme GT Neo 5 it will come in two versions, which has to do with the capacity of the battery and its charging speed. There are currently two different models:

  • BLP985which has a capacity of 5,000 miliamperio-hora and fast charging of 150 W.
  • BLP987whose battery is 4,600 miliamperio-hora and offers 240 W fast charging.

Alongside these initial details, it has been leaked that the Realme GT 5 range will come with one Sony main sensor. More precisely, with the IMX890, which also offers support for optical image stabilization.

This sensor is designed it will offer significant improvements over its predecessor, the already mentioned Realme GT Neo 3 Series 3. It is said to have a triple camera on the back, and the front sensor will be 16 or 32 MP. At the moment, these details are not entirely clear.

As reported, the Realme GT Neo 5 a 6.5 inch HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. As for the processor, the device will probably be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9 series processor, although the exact chipset is unknown.

It is also expected that this terminal comes out of the box with Android 13 preinstalledalong with the Realme UI 4.0 custom layer running on top of the operating system.
